Were You Late to Church?

Hello Lil Sunshine Drops!

a close up of a yellow and purple flower behind a glass with water drops .

For those waiting on the 7 flowers I do have news! They are OFFICIALLY back in stock, purchase here!

I daily use many herbs and Spirulina is up there with top 10. It curbs my ferocious appetite for one thing. Another thing it keeps low blood sugar at bay in case I get busy and forget to eat. The shakes are not fun. I do take 3-4 in the morning and 2-3 in afternoon.

Here’s hoping your sinus are surviving the drastic changes Spring brings. So many here in Texas are miserable with congestion and the bad part has been ALJ (Seasonal Allergies) is on back order again. I’m plan to buy extra next time so I can keep it on hand. Seems like everyone needs it! Remember to recommend they take 4-6 every hour. 1-2 a day doesn't seem to do much good, but you hit it hard and often and it’s a wonder herb without having to put chemicals (OTC) in your body. We know that slows down the liver’s work and pushes the mucous back into your body. The whole idea of congestion is house cleaning (getting junk out!) We don’t want to keep the trash inside do we?

One of my favorite things about Jesus' teaching was the parables (stories). Common people like me can understand that much easier than a bunch of facts. So I love the stories you tell me about herbs or new ways of teaching or telling others about natural healing. So please everyone send me you stories! If you want to remain anonymous, I’ll honor that with initials. NJ

Sharon’s daughter has been suffering from sinus problems. Sharon recommended the VSC and Kelp. She texted me her daughter (who is a nurse) was telling her how much the ALJ helped then 2 days later, said her shoulder pain had stopped as well. Bonus!

One of my own stories: I am going to Dr. Waldrop a medical doctor turned chiropractor for various reasons. He is working on the neck/brain area first. After the first treatment I cried all the way home.

When I mentioned this he said it’s not uncommon that emotional release happens when the blood flow is better in the brain. I thought that was cool. I had no reason to cry except gratitude for my neck feeling better, but I’ve learned there are so many moving parts in our wonderfully made bodies that we are constantly discovering new things. Don’t you love it? NJ

The wheels that keep this herbal train going is YOU. My Consultants, Premium Customers, Downline, and Affiliates with Nature’s Sunshine Products. I have to confess I pray for you every day. That’s how much I appreciate you all. The top 3 Drops of Sunshine (Consultants) are:

Thank you Ranessa Hendrix for creating a beautiful web site called “Lil Bit of Sunshine.com” If you want her to design you one, email her at:
Graphics@rdesignstxk.com or visit her at www.rdesignstxk.com

My website has been something I needed to do for 40 years so I can keep in touch with large amounts of people at a time. I try not to annoy anyone with frequent emails so usually one or two a month is all I allow myself.
But I love to hear from each of you. Even if it’s just “hello, when is my order arriving?” it keeps me in touch so don’t hesitate. Please send me videos of you opening your packages and I’ll post on social media.

Thank you to February Website Customers. You are:

Debbie Howard, NY
John Booth, FL
Natalie Kalpakoff, CA
Kathryn Thomas, TX
Shannon Harris, VA
Helena McLaughlin, CT

Becoming a Certified Herbalist was one of my favorite things in the whole world. I proudly framed my certificate and hung it up. That was the first of many. After approximately five years of intense studying I had spent several thousands dollars and felt ready to develop a teaching platform that included Certifications. I don’t regret one student I’ve helped to mentor in Herbs, Reflexology, Acupressure, and Advanced Herbology. I’ve semi-retired with the hands on teaching and offer my basic home study Herbology course online at www.LilBitofSunshine.com. It’s so simple to download the 5 pages of homework and the small text book called “Fun With Herbology” complete with colorful graphics. You will enjoy learning and becoming Certified.

Students who are currently working on their herb course are:

Marie Gervacio
AJ Pollock
Tracy Frelot
Michael Stallworth
I like to keep up with my students and feel so proud when they post on social media what they are up to.

I love company (since I’m an old maid! LOL) and don’t live real close to all of my siblings and their offspring. When my nephew Ryan texted me and said they were headed my direction, I was excited. This is what our weekend looked like: Pic 1. Milana is learning to eat veggies! 2. Nella & Gracelynn (7) 3.Tonya & Adrianne 4. Consultant Tonya has a new grandbaby. A girl this time!. Welcome Harbor Kate.

Sorry you all can't see the pictures and graphics that go into my newsletter that I mail out. If you want to receive that your name needs to appear in the newsletter...i.e.sell some herbs! hehe
Love you all,
Nella

Don Quai oh the benefits! Pronounced “don kwy,” it is considered the queen of herbs by the Chinese and is China’s most popular herb for women. Chinese physicians use dong quai to enrich the blood, promote circulation, regulate menstruation, calm nerves and soothe the intestines.
