Little Bit of Notes July-Aug 2021

How Hot is Your Summer?

a person 's feet are floating in a swimming pool .

Actually I’m impressed with Texas thus far in 2021.  It’s reached 90’s at times but we’ve had beautiful weather.  I’ve developed a good habit of sitting outside every morning without any electronics and enjoying nature, God’s creation.  Even if it’s only 30 min it helps start my day off right.  Any of you do this?  I would love your routine details. I may learn more!

I’m so impressed with some of you on my team who have taken the initiative and started “sharing” the herbs on social media.  I had new names on my report from NSP. It shows somebody out there is taking advantage of the free advertising, free leg work NSP has already put in place for us, and free education that goes with that. That makes me happy!  We had one of our better months in June, thanks to all of you. Please connect with me if you have social media so I can see what you are accomplishing and be suitably impressed.  Hehe.

I’m thankful with the rest of you who are just doing what you always do, telling family, friends and strangers met in line at the bank about the beauty of God’s herbs. Some of you have a follow up that’s really good. You believe deeply in the purity of Nature’s Sunshine and love that quality above others.

I love text messaging so I can check in with my newest clients/customers. I’m slowly getting into the email thingy.  I’m learning how, under the tutelage of my niece, Ranessa Hendrix, using Mailchimp.  Her patience is long suffering, thank goodness.  I just don’t learn as easy as I use to.

I talked to Jan Hellewell again this week. Jan and Rick Hellewell are my up line manager/consultant and they live in Utah. They are both in their 80’s and still take a lot of herbs.  I miss getting to see them but much love and respect goes out right now.

a group of people are sitting at a table in a restaurant .

Hendrix Trio drove down to be with me for July 4th weekend.  We ate at an authentic Mexican place where they have the best avocado tacos!

he Salsa is hot enough to make me think we were back in Juarez Mexico eating at the roadside taco and burrito trucks. This was before the drugs and Cartel became so violet. We made many trips across the border to eat and purchase many items that were much cheaper there because of the labor rates.   I wouldn’t recommend it now.

July 4th Bash!!

I felt like I needed to celebrate this holiday in more ways than one. First of all I love my country as you all know and so appreciate the ones who have served, including family members. Our Forefathers paid a great price too.

Second it was three years ago July 1st I was diagnosed with cancer and embarked on a radical journey to fight it using only Prayer and my own Immune system.

I knew my immune was compromised and I didn’t feel good but didn’t want to do what I knew in my heart I needed to do.  It just seemed too hard and overwhelming. However when you are faced with potential death you find strength you didn’t know you had.

I prayed  and was given a wise suggestion from my primary doctor on which path to start.  With out major funds (I had come off the road from 18 years of travel & singing to take care of my Mom seven years earlier) or insurance to attend a Gerson clinic, I watched YouTube videos, read books, & prayed and soon begin to follow mostly a vegan lifestyle to detox more quickly.  Within 3 months I felt like a new person. Last time I went for tests over a year ago, they didn’t find any masses or tumors. I still follow a 75% plant based diet, drink lots of juiced veggies, and do rapid detoxing using coffee retention enemas.  Of course I still take around $350.00 NSP herbs every month.  I feel great!

Student Stories:

Valerie Oakley Magazine Cover

My students are precious to me and I’m so proud of the  progress some of them have made.  I follow as many as I can find on social media and love to see them teaching what they have learned.

2. Carla Roethlisberger, CH teaches and has case studies.

Don Quai oh the benefits! Pronounced “don kwy,” it is considered the queen of herbs by the Chinese and is China’s most popular herb for women. Chinese physicians use dong quai to enrich the blood, promote circulation, regulate menstruation, calm nerves and soothe the intestines.
