Did you survive the Firecrackers?

Life is busy I know, so this is short...

Many of you suffer from sinus/cold symptoms. I don't know if you realize this, but those are some functions you should be happy about.


It means your Immune system is still strong enough to do some house cleaning.

How to handle the irritation?

  1. Ask yourself what irritant have I been exposed to that I can change? Too much sugar? Too many poor quality foods? ( sodas/junk/fast foods) Environmental toxins? (Think bleach/strong smells.)
  2. Order from my list below something that helps the cleaning process VS using drying meds or OTC stuff. We don't want to interfere with a natural response of the body's thus pushing the irritant further into the cells.
  3. Go to bed and rest.  It's exhausting work to fight and clean and rebuild and your poor body needs a hand with that. 
  4. Drink plenty of fresh juices such as green smoothies or carrot/apple juices.
  5. Hot ginger baths and a coffee retention detox helps me.


Let's get over the lovely firecrackers in your poor head caused from this fight and be kind to your body.  It's the only one you'll get.
