February Sunshine Drops

Hello Lil Sunshine Drops.

This time of year almost makes me wish I had accepted those marriage proposals after all. At least one of them. LOL
But
Valentine's Day is so beautiful with it's soft colors. And my birthday being February 8th, close to the Love Day, may have something to do with it. Buy your honey a massage. Everyone deserves those and the lower stress will do you both a world of good.
I hope your year has started off tremendously and you had a great Christmas. Sometimes moments are embedded in our memories that last a lifetime. I love those times! My local family plus Hendrix got to spend Christmas together but the rest joined us NYE and we so enjoyed each other. The sisters (4) discuss everything when we get together for coffee time in the mornings.
That includes our health and the herbs we take and how they are working and new things we’ve learned. We also discuss what’s happening in our individual lives and how good God is and a million other things. I always feel energized and loved and FULL when everyone leaves. Of course we eat a lot too so I really am Full! Hehe . Now I’m busy detoxing and cleansing and juice drinking. I love that too.
I’ve kept the wood burning stove going and read every chance I can. This is my time of year. No snow yet, but some frost.
Some of you worked through the Holidays or at least took advantage of all the special sales NSP ran. I joined the club and ordered several items I knew I would use in the next 6 months. I love sales and bargains. Of course with NSP quality of any of our herbs is a bargain compared to poor standard products others put out.
Remember to be consistent. Herbs don’t work sitting in a bottle. Also don’t be afraid to increase the amount you take if you are not getting desired results. Herbs are just high energy Food.

Yup. Riding the juice horse. This several glasses of goodness in the morning helps cleansing, fasting, rebuilding, improves Immune, and energy. I juice together apples, carrots, & citrus.
I also drink a green smoothie every day to keep my PH balanced. That includes salad mix, cranberry juice, ginger, apple cider, banana, Love & Peas & Collagen.
If you start cleansing too fast and feel sickish, slow down and drink lots of pure water.
Try it!

I had so much fun making arrangements this year for all my family out of Mom & Dad’s old antique things. This one was a huge watering pot I decorated for Judy, my sister who has a green thumb. I used to work in a flower shop back before I discovered herbs so I loved doing this. When I discovered herbs and realized they worked for me, I begin a journey of learning.
(It’s funny because the only thing I loved about school was boys! LOL) But I discovered a whole new world and loved finding classes, courses, seminars and anything to help me in my learning curve. I couldn't get enough.
I eventually found an ad for becoming an Herbalist, Master Herbalist, and Naturopathy Doctor. I spent hours & years working on my degrees. After about 5 years of intense learning I felt capable enough to start teaching others. This began the Certification Courses I offered and taught for many years along with teaching my family and friends all I had learned. I’m still learning and love giving advice.
