Where in the world did 2020 go?

If you are with NSP you know since Sept 1 we have learned a whole lot of new things and it's made this year run in fast forward.
However I wouldn't change anything. This new change has made me stretch and grow and use my Kava Kava and Seven Flowers formula for stress. I can say they both work! I change out with Nutri calm if I feel I need the B vitamins more that day. I try to listen to my body, as everyone should.
I'm so proud of another student who has completed her Certified herbal course. MS Ranessa Hendrix our very own web designer! How she had time to do this along with college and singing is beyond me so I'm doubly proud.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It's always special for the family to gather at my big brother's house in Keller, TX. We eat and laugh and tease and clean up, and then play games. That's one of my highlights. I love board games. My sis in law Linda is like a sister and she's got a quick wit so she makes the time fun as well as special. I'm truly blessed.
There are four (4) Certified Herbalist and one RN sitting at this table. We are trying to keep everyone healthy! LOL
I've been so busy I haven't posted my OCT/NOV newsletter and it's almost time for Nov/Dec to be written. I truly love to write these and pour my heart and soul into them. If you enjoy any part of them let me know what you like best and I'll try to include more of that in future posts.

You all are special to me.
Happy Thanksgiving yawl! I’m so grateful for my team which is spreading the word about healing naturally & supplementing with the purest herbs on the market, Nature’s Sunshine! You are doing a super job and I’m proud of each of you. How do you like the feature on Robin, our top consultant ?
Look at all the new ones on board! Mindy I don’t know how you wound up here but I’m tickled pink! Welcome! Jessica is looking for a different way of helping people as well as herself. She was a live consult. She’s a massage therapist and has been involved in the health care system for a while.
Sandy called me one day and said the Lord spoke my name to contact about some health issues. I felt so humbled. She came for a live consult and I’m thrilled about the direction she’s going. Rebekah has a new baby and is coming for consult.
Ashley is one of my newly certified students and her MIL, my sister Rhonda, is a great mentor. Rhonda attended all the original seminars and certified herb classes I did and is full of knowledge. She took time to get married and have children and now is teaching the 2nd generation, as is my sisters Tonya and Judy . Ashley is a go getter and is teaching her daughter Gracelynn (6) to love herbs too. All of this does my old maid heart good! I’m passionate about herbs, healing and health!
PS: I’ve started my Cancer Journey book. Watch for that.
Special points of interest:
Remember:
Don’t eat if you are angry or upset.
Eat at home as much as possible.
Chew every bite 20 times.
Don’t drink liquid with your meal. You dilute the enzymes.
Take time to smell food as it cooks. This produces saliva and starts the digestion.
Always offer Thanks/Grace before you eat. It gives you time to settle down a bit and then of course prayer works. I ask the Lord to fortify my food with good things and eliminate bad things. Can’t hurt to ask! Thanksgiving is coming up and you need to order your “Pig-Out-Pills.” That way you can avoid the stuffed, bloated feeling and enjoy the game or board games, like our family does.
There are 6 steps of digestion:
1. Ingestion of food
2. secretion of fluids/enzymes,
3. mixing and movement of food/wastes,
4. digestion of food into smaller pieces,
5. absorption of nutrients, and
6. excretion of wastes.
If all that doesn’t happen quickly, you will have a very unpleasant feeling. Why suffer? With every meal I take these digestive helpers:
Food Enzymes, PDA (protein dig.aid)Probiotics, Fat Grabbers and sometimes Chlorophyll. Others like Proactazyme and Protease I take at bedtime to work overnight.
Testimony time:
I asked my sis Rhonda to tell yawl how the Lord has helped the cancer on her arm. These pictures have had no radiation, chemo or surgery. She’s been under the watchful eye of Wound Care, dermatologists, and a cancer Dr. They’ve been frustrated at her persistence in praying and getting more natural ways to heal. DR’s have their place, we all know that, but Jesus is our Great Physician!
Before:
After:
Rhonda did follow the Gerson Therapy in a reduced manner and has done really well with it. She also took lots of herbs. Her favorites for her arm are as follows:
Me too. Isn't He wonderful?
These snippet of text messages are from Tonya. She went to get a mani/Pedi and came back all excited! It feels good to hear a great testimony of someone healing from cancer…
Tidbits and Misc. from classes I’ve recently attended or stuff I’ve read…
People who live in the “BLUE ZONES” eat mostly nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruit, rice and beans. Meat is not plentiful like it is here in America. We are eating like the Kings in Daniel’s day where he refused to eat like that. It’s literally causing heart problems, diabetes, autoimmune diseases and cancer. So I have to ask for wisdom every day and shake off long held bad habits and food addictions. It’s a real thing. If you need to talk I’m as close as your phone or the chat on my website which alerts me instantly. We are in this fight together and we need each other’s help.
Students working on Home Study Courses:
Chrissy Hand
Marie Gervacio
AJ Pollock
Jennifer Lawrence
I’ve certified these students since last newsletter:
and of course Ranessa Hendrix (this information will repeat in the Dec/Jan newsletter)
If you wish to become a Certified Herbalist I encourage you to do so. I was so honored to receive my certificates and put them on the wall. Even though I knew most of what I had just learned by self studying, it felt good to get some validation. And when I had my retail store, it helped the customer’s feelings, like they could see I had some knowledge. I tried to never betray that feeling. If I didn’t know the answer, I would reply, “Let me do some research on that, and I’ll get back with you.” People respect that.
Brand New today...
We have Gift Certificates available for gift giving. See the website or contact me. Thank you to those who respond on social media.
I'm sure I'll post some Christmas pictures in the next newsletter but here are some of the decorations I've got up. Since I'm an old maid I love to decorate and I don't have a husband to tell me when enough is enough. LOL
Enjoy...
I'll be checking in again before Christmas hopefully but plan on having a happy, healthy Christmas anyway! If you have questions, I may not know the answer but then I probably know someone who does know. Text me if you want: 817-821-2368
God Bless
